Heck, I write plays and movie scripts. I've been doing it for some time. So "ain't no big deal." So really folks, if you can type, you can write scripts or, in this case, simply transcribe the radio show by listening to it. It won't take long,. Try it. You'll like it.
The format for a radio script is like a radio spot. It's like a stage play or a movie script without pictures.
The bigger question is, WHY do you want to do it? If you want to re-create it, I'm guessing the same legal action applies to duplicating old radio shows. A higher court threw the whole thing out.
I'd suggest you use you own imagination and make you very own radio plays. We all are endowed with imagination. It's like Saint-Saens said about composing music. "Why the music is floating in the air, One only has to pluck out the notes from the sky and put it to paper!"
Tis a similar pursuit for radio plays, stage plays and movie scripts. ###
